Multiple Dallas-area theater groups to offer free night of theater
The Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs has announced that multiple Dallas-area theaters will be participating in the national Free Night of Theater 2009. Actually, "night" is somewhat of a misnomer, as most of the theaters involved will be offering multiple free nights, though not necessarily all in a row. The first night will be October 8 and the event will run through November 8 (check theaters for specific nights). Reservations can made starting October 5 at freenightoftheater.net.

Ok, ScoDo. Your chance to sneak into a show for nothing.... even an MB one... no risk.
(Last time I checked his were sold out already for the first batch of releases.... I will not attempt to hide my raw jealousy. The Schmuck!)
I really like the process this year. Batches are released each week so that not all of the tix are gone right away - to people that no-show at an alarming rate because "Something came up" weeks after snaggin the tix. Excellent new feature.
