Boys & Girls Club of Arlington to celebrate 50th anniversary at Cowboys Stadium

The evening event will offer behind-the-scenes stadium tours and appearances with Boys & Girls Club alumni and Cowboys players.

This year, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington marks 50 years of helping underserved children develop their full potential as responsible and respectful young adults. To celebrate, the Boys & Girls Clubs will host a fundraising gala called 50th on the 50 at the new Cowboys Stadium, Friday, October 30. One thousand guests are expected. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at www.50thonthe50.com.

The evening event will offer behind-the-scenes stadium tours, appearances with Boys & Girls Club alumni and Cowboys players, a locker room party, live and silent auctions, field games with prizes, and a concert by Starship starring Mickey Thomas.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington is a non-profit organization that has been at the forefront of youth development since 1959. The club offers a safe place for disadvantaged youth to develop the values and qualities essential to becoming responsible, productive, and caring members of the community. The Boys & Girls Club of Arlington currently offers more than 6,000 members the opportunity to take advantage of programs, activities, and services six days a week at five neighborhood branch locations and 12 after-school extensions.
