Collin Theatre Center to present Life Stories: A Musical Revue
The theatre department at Collin College will present the Southwest Regional Premiere of Life Stories: A Musical Revue, beginning Monday, October 12, and continuing through Sunday October 18. Tickets range from $10.00 for students and seniors to $15.00 for Adults. Tickets are available online at www.collintheatrecenter.com. Due to ticket demand, two performances have been added, one on Monday, October 12 at 8:00 p.m., and another on Sunday, October 18 at 7:00 p.m.
Life Stories is a new musical revue featuring the songs of David Shire and Richard Maltby, Jr. The Broadway composing team of David Shire and Richard Maltby, Jr. have had numerous theatrical hits, including Baby, Closer Than Ever, Big, Take Flight, Starting Here Starting Now, and many others. Life Stories is an evening of romantic music by one of the theatre’s most unsung composing teams. Life Stories is directed by Brad Baker and Mark Mullino.
Life Stories will be presented by the Collin Theatre Center in the Black Box Theatre at Collin College in Plano. Performances are Oct. 12 – 17 at 8:00 p.m., with matinees on October 17 and 18 at 2:15 p.m. An additional performance will be presented on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 for General Admission and $10 for Students and Senior Citizens (55+).
