They call themselves "the best kept secret in the Metroplex," but word is getting out.

Why: This professional nonprofit theater group is getting the kind of notice much more heavily-funded troupes would drool over. With a strong lineup of plays and musicals as well as a school and a youth program, Flower Mound Performing Arts gives city folk a reason to drive to the burbs.
