Watters Creek in Allen bringing in The Londoner, Palm Beach Tan, a spa

That makes 60 tenants in that growing part of town.

— Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, a 1.15 million square-foot mixed-use retail, restaurant, residential, and office development, has signed three new tenants and opened three new stores and restaurants, bringing the total currently open to 60.

Adding to an already impressive roster of top national and regional specialty stores and restaurants including Market Street, DSW, Luke’s Locker, Sephora, Red Mango, Mi Cocina and P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Watters Creek is pleased to announce that Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa, The Londoner Pub & Grill, and Palm Beach Tan have signed leases.

“These new leases and store openings further demonstrate the strength of this urban neighborhood. With 2009 comp sales above the national average, Watters Creek continues to attract interest from both regional and national retailers,” said Terry Montesi, Trademark CEO. “Our premier tenant roster, LEED certified resort-style environment and signature events continue to make Watters Creek a regional draw for North Texas families.”

Opening this spring, Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa will occupy 10,000 square feet of retail space offering luxury salon and spa services including massage, hair care, cosmetics, manicures, and pedicures. Scheduled to open late April, The Londoner Pub & Grill prides itself on their authentic pub atmosphere and traditional British fare that consists of fish and chips and shepherd’s pie along with a wide range of national and international beers and ales. Palm Beach Tan will open in April offering high-quality beds and sunless booths along with a vast array of tanning and skin care products.

New stores and restaurants recently opened at Watters Creek include: Madison Envy, recognized for their selection of the latest styles in fashion accessories and home décor; Firefly Trend, specializing in trendy fashions inspired by everyday people; and Nestle Toll House Café, with over 45 varieties of cookies and baked goods, premium coffee, 32 flavors of ice cream, and fruit smoothies.
