Rangers Rally to take place at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the ballpark in Arlington
It's free.
ARLINGTON Better late than never, we guess.
As you may have heard, the Texas Rangers lost the World Series Monday night (and it rained all day Tuesday as an appropriate sign of mourning), and still, the general consensus is that DFW-ians are pretty damn proud of those Rangers. In fact, our writer Todd "Lightning Fingers" Maternowski was one of few to make light of the situation, so if you're one of those people with a sense of humor, perhaps you'll get a kick out of learning the 5 real reasons the Rangers lost the World Series.
Anyway, the rally: Chuck Greenberg, Nolan Ryan, Ron Washington, and a few other notables will be at the 6 p.m. Wednesday event. If you want to cheer on your team one more time, Wednesday's it.
