Dallas White Rock Marathon winner finished in 2 hours, 17 minutes
The first-place half marathon runner competed 13.1 miles in 1 hour, 6 minutes.

As runners finished, they were wrapped with warming foils. It was really goshdarn cold and wet at the 2011 Dallas White Rock Marathon.
Despite a cold, rainy Sunday morning, thousands of athletes competed in the annual Dallas White Rock Marathon. Runners crossed the finish line at Fair Park, swishing by in soaking wet running shoes, as families and friends cheered on.

Men's full marathon
John Itati: Age 37, Kenya: 2:17:21
Women's full marathon
Natalya Sergeyeva: Age 27, Russia: 2:35:18 -- her personal record
Men's half marathon
Scott McPherson: Age 24, Plano: 1:06:53
Women's half marathon
Sonya Correa: Age 30, Dallas: 1:21:06
Five-person relay
Queens and Kings: 2:39:56
