UPDATED: 35 Conferette releases schedule for March 10-13 festival
Here's a first look.
DENTON A lot of bands are jammed into the 35 Conferette's schedule March 10-13. The festival takes place in Denton at nearly a dozen bars. Three bigger stages will host mostly the headliners.
The four-day schedule, just posted, includes a ton of Dallas, Fort Worth, and Denton bands -- many who play sets together. For instance, on Thursday, March 10 at Dan's Silver Leaf, the lineup is: The Cush, Birds & Batteries, Glen Farris, Monahans, Doug Burr, and Seryn (aka, the Spune Productions set). Also on Thursday, new band People on Vacation headlines Rubber Gloves.

UPDATE: We've picked our favorite shows at the 35 Conferette, as promised. They're separated by genre: indie, rock, and folk. We also found a handful of great shows, many free, for those without a wristband.
