DOWNTOWN DALLAS We've now hit information overload when it comes to details on the Dallas Mavericks victory parade on Thursday morning. For those who can't attend, FOX Sports Southwest will broadcast the parade.

The basics:

Sarah Blaskovich, staff:
carazzie, a Dallas spokesperson says the roads will open back up "after crowds start dispersing." That's a little vague, but it basically means that the roads will open up after 11 a.m. (when the parade ends) and after people are out of the middle of the street.
Hope that helps.
