Woodall Rodgers exit to Pearl Street will stay closed until mid-summer
Opening it would cause more traffic, TxDOT says.
DALLAS TxDOT sends word that the Woodall Rodgers exit to Pearl Street will continue to be closed during construction on Woodall Rodgers Deck Park. According to the transportation group, "opening the Pearl Street exit puts considerably more traffic onto Olive Street," which has maintained increased traffic because of construction projects in the area. They further explain:
