Video: Meet Denton singer Sarah Jaffe
Most people haven't met her, she says.
Many of us in North Texas know Sarah Jaffe. She's the Denton singer/songwriter who has opened for Norah Jones, put out a darn good album called Suburban Nature, and is getting too big for little old North Texas.
Before she embarks on a tour with The Old 97's and Centro-Matic, she posted a "cool video bio" (their words) on Teen Vogue:
Jaffe emphasizes what she does best in music: She rocks "mildly." She's "somewhat rebellious." It downplays her ability, just like she does. But she makes it clear that she loves making music, and we can't help but love her a little more in this video.
