This year for Austin City Limits, you don't have to make the road trip southbound on I-35E to see ACL bands perform. Many bands are stopping through Dallas-Fort Worth before or after the three-day festival in Austin, and we've compiled a list that will save you the trouble of fighting crowds, dust storms, and outrageous parking fees.

UPDATE: If you are going to ACL in Austin, don't forget that local country singer Hudson Moore is one of the few North Texas performers at the festival. He plays at 11 a.m. Friday, September 16 on the BMI stage.
