UPDATED: Dallas ISD students released to buses at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday


All after-school activities have been canceled, including Adult Education classes.

UPDATE: Due to the tornadoes and severe weather, Dallas ISD announced that they'll hold students at school until the storms pass release students on buses at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday. Parents can pick up their students anytime.

"The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority and our school staff is trained in making certain that students are safe during inclement weather," says the release.

In addition, all Dallas Independent School District after-school activities, including Adult Basic Education classes and athletic activities, have been canceled.
