Bailey’s Prime Plus partners with chefs Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens
Restaurant dream team!
If you'd been hanging out at the Park Lane branch of Bailey's last week, you might've spotted Samuels in the kitchen.
In which case, you would not have been surprised that Bailey's Prime Plus has announced that it has teamed up with chefs Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens to redefine the restaurant's cuisine.
Under their direction, Bailey's Prime Plus will feature a new chef-driven menu with an emphasis on steaks. Samuel and Stevens will oversee culinary direction, menu development, and seasonal additions.
The new menu will be unveiled in May at the Park Lane location, with Fort Worth and Fairview locations soon to follow.
Avner Samuel and Jon Stevens sure are becoming restaurant moguls, with three branches of Nosh Euro Bistro and the upcoming Snack Global Kitchen and Bar, in the old Horne & Dekker space. Avner has also owned and operated Aurora, Bistro A, Yellow, and Avner's.
