For once, everybody will be out on a Monday night. Here are four ways to celebrate New Year’s Eve at bars around town:

Glass menageries: McKinney Avenue features three reliable avatars of cocktail culture — Tate’s, Private Social, and the Standard Pour. The Standard Pour is selling $50 wristbands that entitle the wearer to drinks all night from a set list. It’s erecting a champagne fountain with free bubbly for women. 214-935-1370. tspdallas.com.

Stumble/stroll: Relative newbie night spots 6th Street Uptown, Concrete Cowboy, and Kung Fu Saloon promise to make their orange-cone- congested curve of Cedar Springs Road even less navigable than usual. From up high: Get a 360-degree view of 2013 at Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck atop Reunion Tower. Bask in the celebrity-chef provenance of the rotating restaurant and peep at the fireworks across downtown at Victory Park. Swell time: Just about everywhere is charging just to get in the door or for a glass of prosecco and a party hat. There’s no cover at the Rattlesnake Bar at the Ritz-Carlton.
