Dallas to Dubai flights took off Thursday
Flights are available daily from Dallas to the Middle East.
DALLAS Emirates lifted off its new service from Dallas-Fort Worth to Dubai on Thursday, February 2. Daily flights leave from DFW Airport on a Boeing 777 aircraft, according to a press release.
The CEO of the airport Jeffrey Fegan called the service "a monumental development for DFW Airport." Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price, and the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to the United States all said they support the new connection.
“... It comes at the perfect time, as our economy rebounds and exports climb upwards. Dallas continues to be a multinational city that the world is coming to, and we welcome Emirates to DFW Airport,” Rawlings said.
The newest connections for Emirates include Lusaka and Harare this month; Seattle in March; Ho Chi Minh City in June; and Barcelona in July.
