Video: Rick Perry may run for president again

His debate gaffes can't keep him down.

Once more, with feeling? While in Washington, D.C., for his CPAC speech this past weekend, Gov. Rick Perry told Jonathan Karl of ABC News that he "absolutely" might run again for president in 2016 — despite an underwhelming maiden voyage onto the national stage in the 2012 cycle.

Perry, who has endorsed Newt Gingrich in the still-unresolved GOP primary fight, also tweaked on-again-off-again frontrunner Mitt Romney on an issue that was a frequent flashpoint in their debate face-offs: Romney's health care reform effort during his time as governor of Massachusetts. Perry told Karl his advice for Romney would be, "Governor, you gotta stand up in front of the American people and say what you did on health care in Massachusetts was wrong."
