— The McKinney Police Department and the US Marshal Service arrested Roger Allen Stulce, Jr., on Thursday, July 19, on a felony warrant for sexual assault.

Stulce allegedly lured unsuspecting women to his apartment through numerous Craigslist ads that advertised an apartment for sublease. Additionally, Stulce advertised needing someone for “house cleaning” in the different advertisement listings. Stulce utilized an apartment at the Villas of Eldorado in west McKinney to meet with women who responded to the Craigslist ads. Stulce would then make sexual advances toward the women.

Police say that Stulce has a history of sexual assault.

McKinney Police would like for anyone who responded to these Craigslist ads and came in contact with Stulce concerning the Craigslist ads to contact Cpl. Matt Baxter at 972-547-2773.

UPDATE: More women have told police they were attacked by Roger Stulce since his arrest last week for sexual assault. Stolce allegedly offered women free or reduced rent through online advertisements if they would keep his apartment at the Villas of Eldorado clean while he was traveling for business. That is how police say he lured unspsecting victims.

The FBI has been brought in for this widening investigation.
