Dallas Business Journal is reporting that Mama Fu’s, an “Asian-inspired, made to order” restaurant is coming to DFW. A deal has been signed to bring 14 franchise locations to Dallas and Collin counties. The restaurant has been expanding a lot lately, with a recent location opening in Lubbock and an expansion into Houston.

No word on exactly when or where the locations will be opening. The original story has a bit more info.

Wow! Another Pei-Wei wannabe coming to Dallas.

I wonder if their opening day lines will be as long as In-N-Out on their first day.
