DALLAS Mavs fans, it's already basketball season. You can buy tickets to Mavericks home games starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 6.
Tickets will be available at the American Airlines Center Box Office (via a lottery), online at mavs.com, or by calling 214.747.MAVS.
There's a four-game limit between 10 a.m. and noon on Saturday, October 6. Tickets start at $10, but a press release notes that prices could go up "as the season progresses and demand increases." Buy tickets now, they mean.
About that lottery: Fans who go in person to the AAC will get a number beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday. At about 9:30 a.m., a drawing will determine the first person in line.
The Mavericks' season runs from October 30 (a road game against the Lakers) through April 17, 2013 in a game against the New Orleans Hornets. The first home game is November 3 against the Charlotte Bobcats.
Season tickets are already on sale, as are 3-game Flex Plans, which allow Mavericks fans to pick seats for three games before single game tickets go on sale. Find more information at mavs.com.
