Coppell residents must travel to different city for early voting
There are no early voting locations within the city limits.
COPPELL Registered voters in Coppell will have to go to a nearby city to vote early in the Nov. 6 general election, because there are no early voting locations in the city.
Early voting began Monday and will continue through Nov. 2. Early ballots may be cast between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. through Oct. 26; from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 27; from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 28 and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 29-Nov. 2.
Coppell registered voters who live in Dallas County may vote early anywhere in Dallas County. Among the closest early voting locations to Coppell are at the Valley Ranch Library at 401 Cimarron Trail in Irving; Irving City Hall at 825 W. Irving Blvd.; or the Josey Ranch Library at 1700 Keller Springs Road in Carrollton.
Coppell registered voters who live in Denton County may vote early anywhere in Denton County. Among the closes early voting locations to Coppell in Denton County are the Carrollton Public Library at 4220 N. Josey in Carrollton; the Lewisville Municipal Annex at 1197 W. Main Street in Lewisville; or the Flower Mound Police and Court Building just south of FM 1171 at 4150 Kirkpatrick in Flower Mound.
On Nov. 6, voters will have to cast their ballots at the location at which their precinct is assigned.
