In case you didn’t get enough Dallas on Top Chef: Texas (or can't visit the Top Chef Cruise featuring three DFW chefs), you're in for a treat: Three Dallas chefs will be competing on Top Chef: Seattle this season.

The 10th season of the Emmy-winning series, premieres on Wednesday, November 7. Competing against 18 other chefs from around the country will be Dallas’ own John Tesar, former executive chef at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and former chef and co-owner of the Commissary in One Arts Plaza. He plans to open Spoon Kitchen and Bar in Preston Center later this year. Also competing will be Danyele McPherson, sous chef at The Grape; and Joshua Valentine, pastry chef at Matt McCallister’s upcoming FT33.

Famed chef and restaurant mogul Wolfgang Puck joins the show as a judge this season, alongside Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons, Hugh Acheson, and Emeril Lagasse, with Padma Lakshmi returning as host. The 21 chefs compete for a $125,000 prize.

Looks like some good chef and some good not-chefs. Bunch from Texas, none from Seattle...that's odd. But I'm in love with Gina Keatley. Very hot and a CNN Hero!!

What do you think?
