Tune in September 24 to see a Dallas realtor on HGTV
Julie Provenzano will be on Real Estate Intervention.
Julie Provenzano knows Dallas like the back of her hand. Not surprisingly, the star Dave Perry-Miller & Associates agent and Preston Hollow resident was tapped as a featured real estate expert for HGTV’s Real Estate Intervention. The first airing of the show was September 10, and you can see Provenzano on the next episode, which hits small screens at 9:30 a.m. September 24.
“Julie’s ability to educate both buyers and sellers on changing market conditions and optimal staging techniques, coupled with her direct negotiating style, has consistently delivered results that put her in the top tier of Dallas realtors,” said Lee Thomas, manager of Dave Perry-Miller & Associates Park Cities office. “It came as no surprise her talents would come across so well on Real Estate Intervention.”
The show is primarily focused on handing out reality checks to homeowners who are trying to sell their homes. With the help of an interior designer, hosts and experts advise sellers on what to do to their properties in order to score the highest price possible.
In the September 24 episode, Julie recruits home stager and designer Cora Sue Anthony to whip a home into shape for a very brisk market. The homeowners, who have had their house on the market for three years, haven’t had much in the way of traffic or serious offers. With Provenzano and Anthony’s help, that’s all about to change.
“Working with HGTV was a tremendous opportunity and a true highlight of my career,” Provenzano said. “Real Estate Intervention centers on real-life issues that I deal with on a daily basis with people trying to sell their homes. I think the show gives viewers great insight into the business of selling and what they need to consider to get top dollar.”
