Did The Bachelor‘s Sean Lowe dance his way into the next round of competition?
Drum roll please...
He did indeed.
Sean Lowe and partner Peta Murgatroyd were unhappy about their performance Monday night. It was reflected in the judges scores, which placed them dangerously close to the bottom.
“There were just too many missteps in the course of our dance,” Lowe said in a taped clip afterward. But his partner corrected him: “It wasn’t the missteps, it was the timing. You were rushing, rushing, rushing.”
“We’re going to be at the bottom,” Lowe said at the time. “It makes me sick to think about.”
Then they discussed the possibility of throwing up together. Ew. But that wasn’t necessary, because not only did the couple escape elimination, they weren’t even in the bottom three.
Going home tonight were Lisa Vanderpump and pro dancer Gleb Savchenko. No big surprise here; Vanderpump blacked out during rehearsals and had to be admitted to the hospital, missing out on crucial rehearsing time. But she had a positive attitude about it all. After the results were announced, she said it was an honor “just to be included with this group of people: gold medalists, Olympians, but most importantly, just a wonderful bunch of people.”
