Recipe: Spinach Artichoke Ham & Cheese Biscuits in just 5 minutes

Spinach Artichoke Ham & Cheese Biscuits
This morning I had a craving for something savory and fancy. I knew I had a few random things in my refrigerator that I could turn into one of those restaurant-quality biscuit sandwiches pretty quick. I love easy and fast appetizers, don't you?
Ingredients that I had on hand:
I would guess that you could vary this throw-together recipe with whatever you have on-hand to make your own fancy breakfast biscuit. They key to tying things together this way is to melt cheese in there somewhere, and sprinkle seasoning on top. Don't have Italian Seasoning? Try Oregano or Basil or Herbs de Provence.
Directions take 5 minutes:
Open the flaky layer biscuits and peel them each apart into 2 flatter biscuits. You're going to put your stuff inside then put it back together like a sandwich. You'll get 8 mini appetizer sandwiches from a can of 8 biscuits.
Spread a knife full of Spinach Artichoke dip (or whatever cream cheese based dip you have in your fridge) in the middle of each biscuit.
Cut your lunchmeat (I used ham) into 4 squares. Put one square on each biscuit.
Slice off some cheese (I used Monterey Jack) and put a slice on each biscuit.
Close up the biscuit sandwiches by putting the halves back together.
Spray the top of each biscuit sandwich with butter, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan Cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes until the biscuit bakes and the cheese melts.
Looks fancy. Tastes fancy. Took no time at all. Everyone thinks you're a genius on Instagram.
