So You Think You Can Dance tour waltzes through North Texas November 9
This year's top 5 girls are some of the strongest dancers the show has ever seen.
GRAND PRAIRIE So You Think You Can Dance is hitting the road again this fall with a tour across 42 cities including -- yes! -- Dallas.
The So You Think You Can Dance 2013 Tour which is sponsored by BLOCH, will debut on October 1 at Wharton Center in East Lansing, Michigan, and end November 27 at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
So You Think You Can Dance is in its 10th season. The 11-time Primetime Emmy Award winning show will be in town on November 9 at Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie.
The "sizzling, one-of-a-kind" dance routines will feature this season’s most popular routines as well as original routines created exclusively for the tour.
The SYTYCD top 10 dancers are: Makenzie Dustman, Hayley Erbert, “Fik-Shun,” Nico Greetham, Jasmine Harper, Jenna Johnson, Paul Karmiryan, Tucker Knox, Aaron Turner, and Amy Yakima. According to mjsbigblog, the previously eliminated dancers Melece Miller and Alan Bersten will most likely appear as alternates.
Tickets for the tour are available at fox.com/dance and will go on sale on August 17 beginning at 10 a.m.
Other toured cities in Texas include Houston and CedarPark.
Nigel Lythgoe, co-creator, executive producer, and judge says, “This year’s astonishing Top 10 will undoubtedly bring you to your feet.”
