Revolver’s Blood & Honey beer will be widely available in DFW this week
The beer and wine manager at Central Market in Fort Worth called it "the most anticipated beer launch in recent years."
GRANBURY Thursday was a big day for local craft beer lovers, as bottles of Revolver Brewing Co.’s Blood & Honey wheat ale hit store shelves for the first time.
It’s the first bottled beer for Revolver, which opened in Granbury last fall. The brewery celebrated with a kick-off party at Central Market in Fort Worth. Central Market’s wine and beer manager, JR Clark, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that the store gets frequent requests for the popular beer.
“If we’re standing at the beer wall on a Saturday, it’s a constant question: ‘Do you have Revolver?’ ‘Do you have Revolver?’ ‘Do you have Revolver?’,” Clark told the paper. “[Aside from] special holiday beers like the Rahr Winter Warmer, I truly believe this is the most anticipated beer launch in recent years.”

According to the brewery’s Facebook page, the bottles will initially be available just at a few Fort Worth-area stores, and next week will be available at most D-FW Central Market and Whole Foods stores, plus Total Wine & More in Dallas and Fort Worth. “The following weeks will see the roll out extend to Kroger, Goody Goody, World Market, and independent beer and wine stores across the area,” Revolver wrote on their page.
