Fuzzy’s Taco Shop founder died Wednesday
Paul Willis also conceived Yucatan Taco Stand.
FORT WORTH The man who founded Fuzzy's Taco Shop died Wednesday night.
According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's report, Paul Willis was found dead at his home, cause of death so far not reported. He had quadruple bypass surgery recently, says dfw.com.
The original Fuzzy's in Fort Worth, near TCU, was purchased by Alan and Chuck Bush about 10 years ago. The brand now includes about three dozen restaurants in North Texas.
Willis went on to create other restaurants, such as Pedro's Trailer Park in Fort Worth (now closed) and Yucatan Taco Stand.
