10 things Park Cities Santa would wear
Because that red and white get-up really could use some accessories.
He still sees you when you're sleeping, knows when you're awake. And his ride of choice is a helicopter. Thursday afternoon, "Gucci" Santa came to town by landing on the University Park Elementary School campus in his 'copter, scooping up toys the boys and girls had donated. He was scheduled to fly over to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and land on the roof, where the presents would be delivered to all the nice kids there.
It got us thinking: What would our very fancy Park Cities Santa wear, if he weren't so busy passing out presents?
Red Prada slippers: Pope Benedict had them. Why not Santa?
Gold Sprewell spinners for his sleigh: Nothing like a pair of spinning hubcabs to bling out the ol' sled.
Diamond pinkie ring: Through hazy puffs from his cigar, you can make out the glittery shine of an old man's overly expensive ring, shoved onto his most useless finger.
Christian Louboutin pumps for Mrs. Claus: The red-bottomed shoes would so go with Santa's suit.
Hermes silk twill tie: It comes in red, obviously, and really dresses up that red'n'white he keeps wearing.
Burberry scarves for the reindeer: Don't tell me Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and Vixen don't love a fab!u!lous! scarf.
Bose speakers for the sleigh: Bluetooth them to Santa's iPhone 5S. (You know he's got the most updated one.)
Louis Vuitton red messenger bag: That tattered red sack Santa carries full of presents needs a nip and tuck. Is $2,000 too much for a manbag?
Warby Parker designer frames: They say "I'm frugal and fashionable" even though he's neither.
Helicopter: Oh wait, he already has that.
