Cowboys fans are over it. After watching Tony Romo throw three interceptions on Sunday against Washington (while the Redskins’ rookie quarterback phenom Robert Griffin III went turnover-free), well, it was just too much for some people.

So they took to their back porches and driveways, doused their Romo jerseys with lighter fluid and gasoline, and set them gloriously, cathartically aflame. One guy even detonated his jersey. (Which, in my opinion, is far more awesome than fire. See the video above for that one.)

“You’re like the bad girlfriend we must break up (with),” one fan muses. “I must erase all traces of the evidence of our soured relationship.”

Another fed-up fan, with his white No. 9 ablaze in a bucket: “That is the hottest Romo has ever been. That is as hot as Romo will ever be.”
