Sports Illustrated released their list of 50 Most Powerful People in Sports on Wednesday, and two local owners made the cut.

Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones ranked 19th overall and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban came in at No. 48.

“No owner gets the biz side of sports like Jones, 70, who pushed through construction of the 110,000-capacity Jones Mahal (a.k.a. Cowboys Stadium) and presides over what Forbes deems America’s most valuable sports franchise ($2.1 billion),” the caption read next to Jones’ photo. “Despite on-field mediocrity of late, Dallas is by far the league’s most profitable team. Now, if only owner Jones would fire G.M. Jones.”

SI.com wrote that Cuban made the list “for his force of personality, rare accessibility and willingness to embrace emerging technologies.”

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell grabbed the top spot. NBA commissioner David Stern, AEG owner Philip Anschutz, ESPN president John Skipper, and MLB commissioner Bud Selig rounded out the top five.
