Video: Texas police officer’s graceful tumble goes viral

If you blink, you'll miss it.

Six years ago, a police officer in Kilgore fell down during a traffic stop. He hit the dirt, rolled, and popped back up, quite gracefully. So why am I telling you this now? Because, years after the fact, the dash-cam video of his little tumble has gone viral, after the Kilgore Police Department posted it on their Facebook page last week, just for fun.

“They came to me and said, ‘Hey would you mind if we post that video?’ And I said, ‘Not a problem,’” now Detective Sgt. David Falco told KLTV in Tyler. “I mean, I think it’s funny and it shows the lighter side of what we do.”
