Party like a Lohan at the DIFFA festivities on Saturday night
Did somebody say "gallons of cocktails?"
OAK LAWN Months of fabulous parties, gallons of cocktails, and pounds of glitter have all led up to this: Lindsay Lohan struck a plea deal!
In one of the most decadent and exciting parties of the year, this is one black tie event that centers solely on fashion to benefit North Texas HIV/AIDS charities. There, designers from all over the world unveil their jacket creations and you never know what you’re going to see. (Proof of that concept from last year’s event, left.)
In addition to the runway show, enjoy a spectacular live auction, afterparty, and plenty of entertainment, both of the official kind (on stage) and the unofficial (at or under your table).
There are still a select few seats available, so clear off your calendar and make a night of it. Better yet, book a $109 room at the Anatole (simply mention DIFFA when making reservations) and all you have to remember is which button to push on the elevator. But if you simply must stay in your own bed (or that of a newfound friend), please don’t drink and drive and use our exclusive UBER code at the end of this story.
If you’ve never been to a DIFFA event, now’s your chance to be a part of history. And eat an entire basket of dinner rolls when nobody’s looking.
Don’t Drink & Drive!
Download the Uber app on your smartphone. Use code UD3217 and save $20 off your first ride. Share the code, too, because friends don’t let friends take nasty taxis.
