Italian place Taverna has relocated and reopened in Dallas
Now there's a double dose of Lombardi restaurants on Knox Street.
DALLAS In the spring, Taverna closed its doors so the coming-soon Trader Joe's could put down its roots near Knox and Cole in Dallas. Taverna has since relocated a few blocks away to Knox and Travis streets, next to fellow Lombardi restaurant Toulouse.
According to Facebook, Taverna is now open in the new space. The restaurant serves Italian food like risottos, pastas, traditional Italian second courses and pizzas.
Taverna took the place of MoMo's Pasta, which relocated to the Quadrangle.
