Rockwall police identified man accused of inappropriately touching a child
The man will get a Class C misdemeanor.
ROCKWALL Rockwall Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who is accused of inappropriately touching a child September 6, at 11:50 p.m., while at Shenaniganz, located at 1290 I-30.
The suspect is described as being a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5’10,” with a thin build, with a tattoo on the back of his right calf. He was driving a light-colored, small station wagon.

UPDATE: Rockwall Police have identified the suspect who allegedly inappropriately touched a child while at Shenaniganz September 6.
According to Sgt. Jeff Welch, after identifying the suspect and investigating the case, it was determined that the evidence would only support an Assault by Contact, a Class C misdemeanor. This occurred when the adult subject touched the 11-year-old child on the buttocks, outside of his clothing.
