CEO of Dallas breastaurant chain Twin Peaks to be on Undercover Boss
Tune in Friday at 7 p.m.
DALLAS Randy DeWitt, the CEO of Dallas-based Twin Peaks, a “breastaurant” that operates in same vein as Hooters except with less orange shorts and more lumberjack plaid, will get to see how his restaurant chain really operates when he appears this week on CBS’ Undercover Boss.
Undercover Boss challenges the heads of companies to disguise themselves and take a smaller role within their companies, thus discovering operational and cultural issues in the process.
DeWitt’s first Twin Peaks opened in Lewisville a decade ago and has since seen the establishment expand to 50 operations across the nation. The CEO claims to be going on the show to “make sure the concept was keeping in line with our original vision.”
The show airs at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27.
