The State Fair of Texas is officially over, and we remember it fondly by catching Big Tex on his way out. Y'all come back, ya hear?

I've always rated Baker's Ribs as probably the best BBQ in Dallas. At least as far as their excellent St. Louis cut pork ribs are concerned.
