Incumbent Edwards defeated Rob Curnock (R) and Gardner C. Osborne (L) with 52.98% of the vote.

Davis (D) defeated incumbent Kim Brimer (R) and Richard A. Cross (L) with 49.89% of the vote.

Incumbent Burgess (R) defeated Ken Leach and Stephanie B. Weiss with 60.18% of the vote.

Sessions defeated Eric Roberson and Alex Bischoff, garnering 57.23% of the vote.
November 4, 2008-
Marchant defeated Tom Love (D) and David A. Casey (L) with over 54% of the vote.

Barton defeated Ludwig Otto (D) and Max W. Koch, III (L) with over 59% of the vote.

Granger defeated Tracey Smith and Shiloh Sidney Shambaugh with 63.77% of the vote.

Incumbent Senator Cornyn defeated Rick Noriega and Yvonne Adams Schick with 54.77% of the vote.

Hensarling defeated Ken Ashby by a 79.50% - 20.50% margin.

Richardson was third only to Duncanville and Garland in early voting according to Dallas County election officials.

Smith is running against the incumbent, Rep. Kay Granger (R), and Shiloh Sidney Shambaugh (L).

Sessions is running against Eric Roberson (D) and Alex Bischoff (L).
