Irma Lerma Rangel Young Women's Leadership School

This is the first all-female school, and 21 seniors will graduate during the ceremony.

Each teacher will receive $10,000, $5,000 of which is to be used for professional purposes.

Teacher assistants show dedication and support for students, teachers, parents, and the community.

The schools are participating in a premiere pilot program in North Texas that is strengthening education in science, technology, engineering and math in 6th grade classrooms.

Principals have earned performance pay awards of up to $10,000
