The Horned Frogs had 11 student-athletes earn 22 All-Mountain West Conference selections.

R.J. Hesselberg finished off the year by winning the Mountain West title in the three-meter springboard.

Head coach Joe Dykstra was honored as the Sun Belt Conference Women's Swimming Coach of the Year.

The Mustangs have won 12 consecutive conference championships, dating to their time in the Western Athletic Conference.

The Mean Green broke school records in five different events on the first day of the three-day event.

Records were set by the Horned Frogs in the men's 200-free relay team and Maria Alvarez in the 500-free.

Britney Yancey broke Houston's six-year stranglehold on Conference USA diving titles by winning gold on the three-meter board.

The Mustangs set three new C-USA meet/pool records, seven career-bests and six NCAA `B' cuts.
February 28, 2008-
R.J. Hesselberg won the three-meter diving event, setting a new school record with a score of 359.80.

The Mustangs set the the school and conference record in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:04.87.

The Mustangs broke meet and pool records in both the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay.
February 19, 2008-
Freshman Elzanne Werth placed 10th in the 100 LC meter butterfly, while Petra Klosova took ninth in the 100 LC meter back.
February 15, 2008-
Bonnie Garcia-Meitin won both the 100 and 200 backstroke and was part of both first place relay teams against TCU.
February 14, 2008-
Anja Carman won the 400 IM and 200 back in a win over No. 17 Texas.
February 13, 2008-
Petra Klosova was named C-USA Swimmer of the Week and Britney Yancey was named C-USA Diver of the Week.
February 7, 2008-
Six different Mean Green swimmers won at least one individual race for North Texas.
January 31, 2008-
Maria Alvarez won the 200-free against New Mexico with a season-best time of 1:55.00.
