The Green Room is opening back up; Baylor Hospital bought the Earl Owens tract (plus three others) for expansion. A new restaurant/bar is about to open in the old Thin Man space. And a comedy club has applied for a club permit and leased space on Commerce.

And that's just what I am aware of.

The Bone won't stay closed for long. Neither will Da Da. That space is iconic and Deep Ellum is clearly on the move, despite this severe recession and lack of bank credit.

The Bone in Deep Ellum is open under new ownership and management. We have GREAT shows coming up and just finished renovating the rooftop patio all new! $4 Crown and Down happy hour daily 4-7. Texas Blues Club Jam every Tuesday 8-midnight! Live music every Friday and Saturday! 3 new pool tables, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter. $3 wells all day every day!! Come on down to the new Bone!
