i don't understand...what's the "same ol story",mean? .... that a conservative christian house has TWO GAY BROTHERS? Why is this newsworthy that the amazing race has two gay contestants? are they the FIRST GAY CONTESTANTS on the Amazing Race? just my opinion.....

My attempt at a joke, David -- guess it fell flat with you. I put up the item more for the local angle than the gay angle -- as you seem to be aware, this is far from the first time that the show has featured gay contestants. But their story (for more, click on the link) is a tad unusual, which I'd argue is somewhat interesting in a reality TV kind of way.
