It is sad to see such a good Chef leave the Oceanaire, but the good news is that they have a great new Chef, Aaron Valimont, from the Oceanaire Seattle location. He is already creating some exciting new dishes.

Kudos to Oceanaire for the beautiful dishes coming out of your kitchen! We are deligent foodies and have been pleasantly surprised every time we've come in.
