Wowo..I voted againt it.....why.. I never got any grants to paint my mural,then again,I wish they would give the money to someone who could..and did they....no...THEN AGAIN...they are getting ready to disolve a lot of programs at the Library...and make it illegal to park your car downtown....A/T, Got a wheel chair bub....
