Watauga city councilperson wants everyone in town to carry firearms

I'm all for the Second Amendment but this guy just comes off as crazy. Police should train all residents 65 or older to use firearms? Do we really want the population segment that's the easiest to confuse and with the poorest eyesight to be armed?
