dang - have you had any of the others? i still have a single Dogfish Head from last year which i liked alright, and i saw that Central Market has the Blue Moon. i had the Boulevard last year on tap up at the Vickery on 15th St in Plano - one of the best beers i've ever had, wish they'd stock it in bottles down here but they don't

I've had the Sam Adams, Blue Moon, Brooklyn, Schlafly, and Buffalo Bill's. Schlafly by a landslide, imo.

But I have high hopes for Boulevard now, any clue whether Vickery is getting another keg of it this year?

PSST: I picked up a four-pack of Punkin (Dogfish Head) at Kindred Spirits about a week ago. They aren't displaying it yet, but if you ask for it (and there's any still left!) John or Eric will grab one out of the back room cooler for you.

Tasty brew, nice accompaniment to a peppery Nicaraguan cigar.

I'm pretty sure the answer to the dog friendly question is "yes," given that John keeps his own dog (a big, friendly one) in the store with him most days.

I see him (the dog) staring out the window when I am visiting that SC most days....if they are dog friendly, I am switching my booze shopping to Kindred Spirits....

thanks,

Bumpdate: Vickery totally has boulevard again, just got it. Very tasty, almost as good as Schlafly - feel like it might be as good if bottled. Wru TGub?

Scott Doyle, i've been looking for an excuse to take the DART Rail to 15th St., sounds like i have it. one wonders if you have any return keg visits scheduled

'Bout dang time.
Plan on it at the end of October, too. Take a right instead of a left and you can see a particularly clever show... and THEN meet Scodo at Vickery.

I'm game for both, doubt the Boulevard pumpkin will still be around though.
