City of Dallas is testing emergency sirens at noon Wednesday

The test is usually on the first Wednesday of the month, but weather caused it to be moved to the second Wednesday.

TLS, according to the city of Richardson, which also canceled its test last week, cities don't want to test the sirens in already-existing poor weather conditions "so as not to cause confusion." I think it makes sense; people might not know it's a test and think there's an emergency.
