Anonymous teacher calls for “sick out” on February 29

Sarah Blaskovich says:

The teacher is upset that Dallas ISD will add 45 minutes to the teacher workday without any increase in pay.

Here's the anonymous blog post.

The protest is on Leap Day, "to illustrate the great leap backward being taken in the DISD and in public education."
