Says the Observer: "Downtown hasn't suffered because it is geared toward commuters ... No, it's because you haven't been able to buy a bag of buttery, fresh-made popcorn on the street corner."

A dead downtown couldn't have anything to do with clubs that can't stay open because of violence in nearby urban clubs. Hey, popcorn is nifty, but kevlar would be a more liquid inventory.
Amazingly, they are moving out of the beloved town center.
Shocking. And yet, I'm not thinking a popcorn vendor would prevent it.

You are asking a bunch of rocket scientist to tell you how to run a city when its needs, are not taking as with all of this deceptive crap,.... we call you later, but.........Real people who contact you and say they love you, yes they give you a free prize.....No strings attached...Then again... who will be so cool to be in this scene or make the lines real...A/T
