The old Mansion on Turtle Creek Cookbook is available used for $.93 on Amazon. It includes all of the Fearing-era standards (e.g., tortilla soup, lobster tacos, crabcakes with smoked pepper butter sauce, maple pecan encrusted chicken, et al.). Order a copy and save a tree.
